I successfully defended my dissertation yesterday, so although it's not quite "official" (I still have to submit the dissertation's final version to the College), it's merely a formality. Doctor of Philosophy! Never thought I was going to make it - but it was strangely anti-climactic. Now if I can just get a JOB . . .
